Call for Abstract: Poster Session

Guideline for abstract registration

• Abstract registration period is from Friday, March 18 until Noon on Friday, April 22, 2022 (JST).
• Anyone is welcome to register their abstract.
• You are to present on-site in poster session room, in the congress venue at Ariston Hotel Kobe (6-1 Minatojima-Nakamachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan).
• Please obtain informed consent from the patient or their representative if your abstract/presentation include their personal information, and take special care not to have their personal information identified.
• You are required to disclose your COI status for your presentation.

How to register your abstract

1. Please click the button below and download the abstract registration template (Word file).

2. Fill in the required fields and type in your abstract data.
3. Name your file as follows before uploading:

4. Please access to the "abstract registration form" from URL below to upload your file.
